High-purity zirconium oxide (more than 95%): hardness ≥1200HV, wear resistance far exceeds that of metals and ordinary ceramics.
Low friction coefficient: surface polishing to Ra≤0.1μm, reducing medium adhesion and extending the life of seals.
Precision machining technology
Nano-level precision: diameter tolerance ±0.01mm, suitable for high-precision fluid control.
Diversified structure: supports flat head, cone, multi-step design, etc., suitable for different pump body requirements.
Environmental adaptability
Corrosion resistance: acid and alkali resistance, organic solvent resistance, suitable for extreme environments with pH 1-14.
